Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our company has a stringent no return or exchange policy as we deal with food products. We will only accept returns if the goods sent are defective. Incase of such a situation, please contact customer care at contact@eastbyne.com within 72 hours of receiving the product in order to redress the damaged product. 

Each of these orders will be handled separately and on a case-to-case basis. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer, and be sure to include your receipt number for prompt replacement of any damaged products.


REPLACEMENTS

If you are returning a damaged item, we will send you an Email and once we receive it, we will inspect it and inform you of our decision by mail. There will be a clear mention of your goods being approved or not. Incase of approval, your replacement goods will be processed and delivered to you within 7-10 Days
