Founder & Director

Born in Assam, Manjusha traveled the length and breadth of the region with her father, who served with the Government of Assam in various capacities. The beauty and diversity of the rich, magical land that she saw in her childhood remained imprinted in her memory. After her post-graduation from Bombay University and a diploma in Mass Communications from St. Xavier's, Mumbai, Manjusha worked in Corporate Communications & Branding with two oil majors - IBP Co. Ltd. and Indian Oil Corporation for over 20 years. This took her to various locations across the country. While traveling, she grew passionate about connecting the wonders of the North-East with the rest of the world.


Recently Awarded by Niti Ayog - TOP 15 WOMEN TRANSFORMING INDIA. With over 20 years of experience in the Food Industry in India and the USA (16 years at Unilever and the International Food Network in the US), Rinka Banerjee has a passion for driving business growth in foods. Technology and innovation led her to create Thinking Forks, a consulting firm offering tangible end-to-end solutions to the Food & Nutrition industry.
