From Bhut Jolokia to ENE Sauce
Bhut Jolokia is cultivated in small farms in the lush green hills of the North East, using centuries old traditional methods of farming.
Seeds are extracted from the completely matured fruit by workers wearing gloves for protection against the heat generated by the chilli
It is then transported immediately and processed in a specialized unit to preserve the unique aroma and hotness.
Made From Puree
Only fresh chilli puree (and not powder) is used, in order to ensure the resultant sauce is hotter than the others
Packaging & Processing
The Chilli makes its way to a processing unit where it is converted into table sauces under strict supervision.
